  Fabulous service, fair prices. I had a bad battery I needed to replace. They loaned me every tool I asked for to make a quick change in the parking lot and even gave me a jug of water to wash the terminals after cleaning them. They were so helpful and I was on the road again quickly.

  Came in today to drop off used oil from changing the oil in my car. A friend of mine also happened to be dropping off his used oil at the same time. The clerk had already taken my friends oil and was dumping it when I walked in. The clerk then came back to the desk from dumping his oil, looked at me and said "I can't take your oil you have hit your maximum". I said you haven't dumped oil from me so how could I have hit my maximum? He then claimed he couldn't take my oil because he had a limit of 5 Gal per person/household and because he just accepted my friends oil he couldn't accept mine. I reminded the clerk that I live in a different home and the oil I was holding came from me and my home. The clerk continued to refuse and then accused me of breaking a hazmat law because I had 4 gallons of used oil in my car. Unfortunately for Oreilly Auto and this stores location, the customer service from this guy has just lost them two customers. Due to the way the clerk was treating me, my friend will also never shop there again.
