  Went in to replace a recently purchased phone, since they told me that "if you buy the insurance, then break the phone next week, simply bring it in and we'll replace it!"... They NEVER said anything about the hidden fees, deductibles (of over $200), or the other restrictions. I understand them, but the fact that they did not tell me about them when I purchased it is what really makes me upset. Of course, there's an entirely new staff working there every month, too. Never going back.
