They are always out of product. I love the glass shields but they crack or chip on occasion. Between my family members we have 5 phones. Every time one of us goes to this location to get a new one they are out. It is very frustrating! I understand that it is a small kiosk and that you don't have a lot of room for stock but you should find a solution. 90% of the time they don't have it and have to call me when it comes in!!
